Garni Hotel Melissa - Castelrotto

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the Dolomites. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with lots of information about hiking trails and buses to catch. They even printed out an English newsletter for me every day, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, and I especially loved the balcony where I could watch the beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed.

near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. got room with hills view. booked it for 1 day and had a great experience.

Great ski slopes nearby and convenient shuttle to get there. Wonderful view of the snowy peaks. Bonus points for the welcoming staff always ready to help out with information about activities. Jolly music and nice decorations for the new year celebrations at dinner.

The room felt very outdated and not as clean as it could be. the bathroom was particularly claustrophobic and offered minimal hot water supply.

The view from the balcony was impressive, with picturesque hills and a refreshing breeze. the breakfast was great with a wide variety of options to choose from. Location-wise, it was easy to reach the nearby town and there was plenty of parking available.

The facilities were old and worn out, with outdated closets and furniture. The room was too cold, and there was no heating system available to warm it up, which made our Christmas stay quite uncomfortable.

Nestled in a serene spot surrounded by farms and mountains, this hotel offers a truly relaxing retreat. the breakfast spread is excellent, serving everything from scrambled eggs to freshly baked croissants. the rooms are immaculate and equipped with all necessary facilities such as a coffee machine and a balcony with a mesmerizing view. the hotel staff's warm welcome and their help ensure an enjoyable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection can be a little shaky depending on your location in the hotel, but the staff is working to make improvements.

The owner and staff were cute and provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining options nearby. They even went out of their way to help us when our car got stuck in the snow.
